Our team of instructors (and celebrity mascot) help students master skills, stay motivated, and have fun! They have the big picture in mind and understand the lessons learned in martial arts help students well beyond the dojo. Our instructors have unique teaching qualifications, but more importantly, they truly care about each student.

EXPERIENCE & LEADERSHIP
Head Instructors have trained with Red Tiger Karate for many years, competed & officiated at the top levels in many tournaments, attained various certifications, and have taught literally thousands of students over the years. They are also leaders outside of the dojo, and participate in community service and volunteerism. They have the leadership skills and experience it takes to effectively teach students of all ages and from all walks-of-life.

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING & TEACHING SEMINARS
Our instructor training is based on CANI - Constant And Never-ending Improvement. Through special seminars and advanced training, they continue to improve their own skills, as well as share their knowledge with students. Red Tiger Instructors are also trained specifically on "how-to-teach." We recognize that teaching is an art within itself and is a separate skill apart from martial arts. Teaching seminars for our instructors take place on a regular basis to ensure students receive the most beneficial learning experience.

SAFETY TRAINING AND SECURITY CHECKS
You can relax knowing that you & your kids are as safe as possible when training in Red Tiger programs. Instructors are First Aid and CPR certified. To maintain the same standards as public school systems, our Head Instructors have also undergone the same national FBI background checks as independent school district teachers and staff.
