Mr. Fleck started his training with Red Tiger Karate in 2003 and earned Black Belt in 2007. He teaches at Vickery Elementary in Flower Mound and North Lakes Recreation Center in Denton.

Steve joined karate to stay in shape and to train with his son, Kevin. Kevin age 11. earned his Jr. Black Belt. He also enjoys the comradery of working out with his fellow students. Mr. Fleck is an excellent instructor and great role model for our students.

Professionally, Mr. Fleck is a pilot for Baron Aviation. He is also a community volunteer, serving as a mentor for various junior students in the school district. He and his wife, Diane, recently celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary! For vacations, they enjoy backcountry camping in Colorado. The house is also hectic with three retievers. Diane is a elementary school teacher in Sanger.
