

Ms.
Nadine Sevrain
Instructor
Ms. Sevrain has been with our program since 2004. She is the Head Instructor at the Flower Mound Community Activity Center. She also teaches at Vickery and Timber Creek. Ms. Sevrain is a well-rounded martial artist, very athletic, and has the ability to teach her skills to others in a unique way.
She has always had an
interest in martial arts. Benefits of karate for Ms. Sevrain include motivation,
competition, and always learning & teaching something new.
Her educational background includes a Masters of Science degree in Therapeutic
Recreation from University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science degree
in Fitness Management from Lock Haven University. Ms. Sevrain is also a Certified
Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise.
Ms. Sevrain has a variety of work experience. She has developed activity programs for the elderly at nursing homes, worked in residential treatment facilities for kids, and has also worked at the Zale Lipshy Rehab in Dallas. Her desire to help people be their best is apparent in her karate instruction as well.
She is a volunteer as her girl's t-ball coach, is an active church member, and a board member for the church day school.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania,
she now lives in the Flower Mound area. Ms. Sevrain has been married 11 years
to Fritz (Brown Belt) and they have three kids; Gabrielle, Sydney, and Paige
(age 3 - future black belt), also training in Red Tiger Karate.
The Sevrain family adds a lot to our program with their friendliness, karate
skills, and teaching ability. Ms.
