Adult Street Self-Defense
Immersion
Course
For men & women ages 18 and older.
Do you want to have the basic blueprints of how to handle yourself if attacked? Interested in just self-defense, but not martial arts? Don't have time for a weekly routine to learn self-defense? Our Self-Defense Immersion Course might be the program for you.
This full-day program is an active, hands-on immersion course. Certified black belt self-defense instructors teach easy-to-do, practical, and effective self-defense techniques. We focus on various scenarios including defense involving weapons, multiple attackers, and attacks that end up on the ground. Gun/knife defense as well as rape defense and prevention is also covered in detail.

Our defense system is based on effective techniques used by police and the military. We practice in realistic scenarios with gun, knife, club, and various grabs. Practice creates confidence, which in itself can deter would-be attackers.
Students practice with a partner during the day and repeat the self-defense techniques in repetition to get the movements in muscle memory. After students get the movements down, partners can then resist for realism.
To help students gain confidence to be ready for anything, the "night trail" is the finale of the training. On the night trail, students defend against various "attacks" by our instructors in a controlled setting. Students leave the camp with sharpened skills because they've practiced in a more realistic environment than the classroom.
These training sessions
are also a unique, positive experience in camaraderie. We eat delicious meals,
tell great stories around the campfire, and spontaneous laughter is guaranteed! For the next Adult Street Self-Defense
